Falling in love with Tracy

Whats the story with Tracy vs Hillenbrand. Tracy is settling in quite nicely on both sides of the ball. Would love to see him become the everyday 3rd baseman. Anyone know more on the situation?

I guess since Shea's contract is reasonable they will be keeping him around for now and he will be used as a util. guy to give rest to Sexson and play some 3rd depending on who is pitching.

Sexson played every inning of every game last year and is quite durable. Not as much energy expended playing first base and hitting homers as other position players, so don't expect Hillenbrand to spell Richie any.

BB will platoon Shea at 3rd when a lefty is pitching... tho don't be surprised that he'll report Hillenbrand has a touch of flu against some of those lefties.

So Chad Tracy gets his first sniff of the majors and Robby Hammock comes back up from injury and the team starts playing much better baseball. Coincidence? Nah. Last year they played better when the kids came up too. They seem to bring a certain joy de vivre to the game that can't be topped.
