I was there and skelton is huge with a quick release and a cannon. roberts is very smooth. matt looks ok. He seems comfortable. Fitz is still a monster. washington is not small. I like that he took Dansbys number.

I read in Urbans blog that he threw a 50 yard bomb perfectly to Fitz but Larry dropped it. I am going to pay close attention to the reports on Matt in Mini camps and TC, because I don't want him to back into this job. I want him to seize it.

I will say there has already been alot of talk on how strong Anderson and Skeleton's arms are. Nice to have the power arms in the "bullpen".

I didn't see the 50 yard bomb. I kinda bailed about 20 minutes early. If it happened after that... who knows. I thought Matt threw the ball well. I thought his footwork looked good and he seemed at ease. He is very good at the intermediate passes and I didnt see any floaters. Anderson has a strong arm, but is kinda stiff in my book. If we had a great line Anderson might be ok, but we need guys who will make quick accurate decisions.

As for Skelton I thought he looked the part and has a juggs for an arm. He has a very quick release and will just launch the ball out there. Skelton nailed the target drill back to back where as the others were a tad off. I thought Leinart looked to have better touchin the drills, but it's clear the others can gun it. Max Hall looked ok but he is small in comparison to the other guys. He is definitely PS material.

Something tells me we are going to love the Washington pick. He just looks like a lightning rod. I really didn't see him do much, but I really believe if the guys up front hold their own he will make a ton of plays.

Roberts is going to excite. I know it's early, but he is just a natural with the ball in his hands.

- Larry Fitzgerald might be getting the bugs out. He got open deep on a bomb that was perfectly thrown by Leinart, but Fitz couldn’t come up with the catch. Judging on what Fitz has done in the past, though, I’d bet the Cards would rather have a great bomb by Leinart and Fitz get the drops out of his system in April rather than Leinart have trouble getting it there and Fitz rescuing him with a great catch.

"In Whiz I Trust"

Just wanted to tell everyone about something that happened to me on Saturday.

After the players and coaches were done signing autographs I was standing at the fence line they walked along to get to the practice fields.

Whiz came by and starting slapping palms. As he walked by me I kind of blurted out, "In Whiz I trust!" (Second nature to anyone on this board.)

Anyway, he stopped, came back to me, shook my hand, gave me a wink and smiled. The connection that he appreciated that phrase was unmistakable.

Blew me away!

Also, to once again put Fitz in the "Great Guy" category: As he walked by us he took off his hat and gave it to a young boy standing near me. Without being asked for it. Total class.

In Whiz I Trust? You bet!

Whisenhunt gets it! Now, I don't know the man, but I get the impression that not only is he an excellent coach, but a fine human being.

after practice was over, leinart called to his son so he could meet anderson and he then gave him one of his wristbands. i think that might be leinart's girlfriend. then anderson gave the other wristband to one of the fans. its nice of the players to interact with their fans.

here's a nice one handed grab and the last pics you might need two hands to catch.

Awesome photography.

On a side note, I saw Fitz, Joey Porter, Darnell, and CC at the Suns game tonight. Joey and Fitz were sitting together on the court. Late in the game Joey was giving the refs a hard time in the Suns behalf. It was pretty funny.
