Larry Fitzgerald WR ARI New QB plus Edge means less balls in the air at first

For Edge- Defense??? Shouldn't the O-line be the issue here? Edge should help our D by keeping them off the field.

Quan- What in the Hell does Josh have to do with Quans number going down??

Fitz- Maybe... but IMO Quan and Fitz should keep their respective TD's and Edge will just add more to the pool. Rackers is the one I want to suffer in the Fantasy points!!!;)

On the D he does have a point. We were 27th or 28th something like that in scoring D. We still gave up a lot of points, which means having to throw more often, Now special teams was a big part of that but the point remains.

As for Quan and Fitz what lousy reasoning, they may get less points with the ball being distributed to another playmaker, but the new QB part?

I understand to a point. If we had a running game last year I do believe our defense would have been better as well. With that logic I would put my opinion in the 'O-line better get fixed' reasoning over the 'D better get better'.

I think he should have put both myself as contributing factors. He could have made his point way better that way.

First off who ever wrote this knows zero about the Cardinals. We don'r have a new QB and we have the 8th rated defense that will only get better with less time on the field due to the new found running game. And, that's if everything rermains the same and it wont.

It wasnt that the D was on the field to long that made us the 27 ranked D in scoring. We were ranked 7th in the league in Time of Possesion with our D off the field more then half the game dispite our pass game and lack or run game. In fact it cant get much more better with the best running team in the league still only 1 Minute ahead of us. The problem was the average starting field position that our special teams gave up, it was something over the 35 yard line mark, not sure of the exact number, but the league average around the 25 yard line.

Look at the bright side, three players in the top 18. No team has more than 2. That says it all. By end of next season, Cards will be household name in the fantasy world and the reality world

Less balls in the air???

- Maybe with edge we arent 3 and out

- Maybe Not forcing shot yardage passes cause we cant run.

-and maybe
In the Red Zone the defense actually has to play for the rush instead of the pass.
