Portland Oregon these days.
Seems like a good place for a first post!

Alltime Cards would be Neil Lomax , Roy Green and Stump Mitchell. That was a good offense back then.
On D was Freddie Joe Nunn , EJ Junior and Aeneas.

lately it has been : Warner, Fitz, Dockett Wilson.
Am also looking forward to seeing Beanie and THT make a great onetwo punch.

I have loved the way the team has come together under Whis.

Welcome!

Gary Cuozzo and his one (final) season with the Cardinals.

(I actually had that card at one point in my youth.)
After football, Gary became a well-known Central NJ dentist who practiced a few miles down the road from here.

Part of me wants to pick Lomax, or Centers, or Tillman (who deserves his own category). But I'm going to say All-time: Warner. Current: Fitzgerald.

Some of Warner's performances were for the ages, and he had us in position to win the SB, which always seemed like an impossibility. Fitzgerald may end up taking the all-time spot, though, for a lot of the same reasons. And I totally get why so many have been putting Beanie down for the current spot. Watching a Cards RB power his way to significant gains...it's incomparable in some ways.

AW is such a great choice for both, too. His reaction after winning the NFC Championship--it was our reaction.

My favorite Cardinals past and present are Pat Tillman and Larry Fitzgerald. The fact that Tillman sacrificed millions playing football to serve his country speaks volumes about the quality person he was. Larry Fitzgerald continues to defy gravity as his hangtime on one highlight reel catch after another competes with many NBA greats time in midair.

Past: Tillman and Kurt. For all the obvious, well-known reasons.

Current: Fitz. But I am starting to get a serious crush on Calais.

As long as we're including former players and not guys that will get hurt or leave via FA if I say they're my favorite:

Bobby Joe Conrad. Played 11 seasons for the Cardinals.

Kicker, WR, RB, DB and kick/punt returns. First team all-pro in 1963 when he led NFL in receptions with 73.

Scored TDs rushing, receiving, and on a punt return, threw a TD pass, kicked 30 extra points and 6 FGs in 1959.

Caught at least one pass in every Cardinal game from Nov.12 1961 to October 6th 1968. 94 consecutive games. 8 straight years with 30 or more receptions.

Also had 4 interceptions as a DB in 1958.

Probably the most under appreciated player in Cardinal history.

How about a coach? All time favorite was Coryell. Changed the game and made the Cards a force for a while there...

Old time (relatively speaking): Jim Hart and Mel Gray (Mr. Dependability)

New time: Tim Hightower ( the not so little engine that could) and Adrian Wilson
