I was munching on some snickerdoodles and got to thinking about how much I miss them (my ex was allergic to cinnamon, so I almost never had anything cinnamon-y in the house), and was thinking about how he likes oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (I'm not a big fan)...So what's you guys' favorites? I'll try to include as many as I can think of in the poll...

Oh, and I'm talking homemade...store bought is a whole other poll!

This is a very difficult decision. I graded them all in Excel and came up with the final tally;

Code:
			Composite Score
Chocolate Chip* 96.7
Oatmeal Rasin 94.2
Sugar (no frosting)	90.1

*Winner

Those didnt even crack my Top 250. Mostly because I've never had them.

You've never had a fig newton? I think fig cookies are the same-ish. I've never heard of the other one, though.

Oh, OK. Fig Newton came in at 56. Apple Newton ranks 32.

Snickerdoodles are the World's Best Cookie.

Any Newton is good as well.

A still warm and soft toll house is close to nirvana as well.

Point of order that a Lemon Bar isn't a cookie.... nor meringue for that matter

"point of order?"

Sometimes I don't know how an gentleman of your stature can slum with us ASFNers.

Jolly good have you here, though.

I'll give you the lemon bar...but meringue cookies most certainly are cookies.

What? No, come on, it's just eggs and sugar. A cookie must have a flour based dough.

My dough rises

Also, I can tell you were teetering because it was the last thing you listed

I like no bake cookies.

My sister and I told my cousin that if you eat too many of them you get diarrhea (which is true but you have to eat 7 or 8). He didn't eat any more of those cookies, so we've called them diarrhea cookies ever since.

Edit: what I think of as no bake cookies are the same as Mississippi Mud cookies referred to above

I voted "other" in honor of the greatness that is an Oreo.

I voted other as well in honor of the greatest cookie of all time. The Girl Scouts Samoa.

Those are another sign that God loves us and wants us to be happy.
