Basically for the same reasons we all hate Schu. To quantify the issues, they fired him at the All Star Break and the Dbacks went on a tear to start the second half.... but faded

Diamondbacks score one run and lose 2-1 as former Diamondback Brian Barden homers to break the tie. Rick Shu and Bob Melvin need to be fired.

By the way, besides Barden, other former Diamondbacks who homered today were Hudson, Quentin(twice) and Dunn. I'm so glad they signed Eric Byrnes to 30 million dollars
