Even me?

Just kidding. The one thing to consider on Mayock and most of the draft experts is that they project the players and not necessarily where they fit on teams. One reason Mayock doesn't like mock drafts is because he understands that each team drafts differently and knows their own schemes/rosters better than he can. What I personally like about Mayock is he seems to focus more on what players can do rather than what they can't do. I like that when focusing on player's potential.

Personally, I like our offensive tackles more than I like our offensive guards which is why I value Warmack and Cooper more than Joeckel, Johnson or Fisher. I think we upgrade more from Colledge/Snyder to Warmack/Cooper than from Brown/Massie to Joeckel/Fisher/Johnson. That is why I "stand on the table" for Warmack/Cooper over those tackles.

Chopper I really appreciate your insights! I think you're right about Warmack and Cooper, I just have a hard time passing on a very good left tackle. I will be very happy with either Warmack or Fisher to be honest. Both are day one starters IMO. OTOH, I'll be extremely upset if we reach for a quarterback that early.

What do you think of Kelemente? Do you think he's ready to seriously compete for one of the guard positions if we don't draft Chance? He definitely seemed very active in the SF game.

I actually picked Kelemete in the ASFN Draft Contest last year. I really liked him coming out of Washington and while 2012 was disappointing, hopefully he can develop into the move OG I think we need.

Disagree. Top ten is thin/weak valuewise. After 10 it is extremely value loaded and full right through the 2nd and may end up being one of the better overall drafts for NFL early starters. Could be dubbed a working man's draft.

Here in lies the problem, ARZ picks in the Top 10. Johnson & Fisher in a good draft year are mid to late first rounnd picks at best but this year they are potential Top 10 guys.

We will not be a good offense until the two stiffs at OG are gone and replaced by youthful talent. Snyder is washed up and the Colledge signing was one of the worst i can remember. We gave them a combined 45 MILLION!!

Not sure if it was Whiz, Grimm or Rod but I'm glad we cleaned house.

The year the Giants stopped sucking was when the late George Young passed on Jumbo Elliott in round one and selected another OT (Moore) instead. Elliott was available in the second round and the Giants wound up with their two bookend OT's who were fixtures for roughly a decade.
