I finally got around to reading 100 Things Cardinals Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die after receiving it as a Christmas Gift.

Fitz wrote the foreword and talked about how during his rookie year, after being the #3 overall pick at 20-21 years old mind you, he would stay at the facility after practice and help the equipment managers fold towels and laundry just because.

That right there tells you everything you need to know about the guy.
