Adrian wilson wants to get compensated. He wants to stay. He should be next. How many can we re-sign (extend/restructure) this season? There is simply not enough pie to go around. :p

Wish there was. The only way they could get it done is to affect others. I guess that's allright with Fitz.

Fitz was asked by the hosts whether he would restructure to keep Boldin. Of course he said yes. What is he suppose to say "no, i won't do that"?

This is all good and well, but he could make this a reality by handing Q a check for 10 mil or so and tell him to **** and play out his contract.

Can you translate that?

I'm saying I don't think Q wants a check for $10 mil from Larry; he wants it from the organization based on his contention that he was promised a deal. (Not that SoCal was serious in his post.)

The real question they should is whether or not he would take a pay cut to keep Q?

Restructure = more bonus money and there's only so much to go around per year. Now if he was willing to take a pay cut then that's something entirely different that could make it so we could keep Q.

Would the NFL and the NFLPA even allow that even if he was willing? I highly doubt it.

I think you read it right. And Pat Tillman's mother wants George W. Bush in jail. Think that will ever happen?

Both aggrieved parties are seeking redress for perceived wrongs in the misguided belief what they are doing will ease the pain and prove their stances were just.

Watching both scenarios play themselves into irrelevancy has been unpleasant.
