I watched the first half again, and I didnt see Fitzgerald once on the field. I dont recall seeing him at all, not even on the sidelines. Maybe he tweaked his knee during pregame warmup, or they just sat him from the begining. As far as Dockett, didint see him at all after halftime. Also, as far as JR's shoulder injury, 4 weeks is as good as can be expected. Did anyone else see Fitz play at all!!

He had to have been there at least initially:

yeah he played. I think the injury occured on the first series when Warner got sacked but threw the ball to Fitz on his way down. Fitz was standing in the dirt infield and slipped. I don't recall him being in there after that.

If our OL can give Warner some time these 3 are going to carve some secondaries up. I'm working my way up to being officially giddy.

Inexcusable with the amount of $$ generated in this game, that any NFL player should be subjected to playing on dirt, or old crappy artificial turf.

Quadruple

I think almost all teams are off astroturf now and use field turf. But it took FOREVER to get that way. It just boggles my mind that you can pay a player a 12-20M signing bonus and not spend 2M to keep them safe.

It's like paying $30K for a car and never spending the $25 for an oil change.

I think we all remember the Vikings fiasco from preseason 3-4 years ago.

I believe that Oakland and Miami are the last two teams to share a stadium with a MLB team. Once, if, the A's and Marlins get their own stadiums, I think playing football on infields will be gone for good.
