Wow, you guys have some solid choices. I hate to try to narrow it down to five but here it goes...

1. Pearl Jam (I hate that they got political but from 92-2000 I loved em)
2. The Doors
3. Goodness (A band out of Seattle that never made it big but for certain reasons I'll never be able to live without their CD)
4. Pink Floyd (After an album like Dark Side I don't see how I can omit them)
5. Nirvana (I was 17 when I heard my first Nirvana song. I felt like Kurt was singing about my feelings)

This is my list for now, however you guys have named so many bands that I wouldn't want to live without.
