The Krispy Kreme that opened in Chandler (not sure where) has free coffee today.
$.25 coffee kicks-off in conjunction with fifth store opening
PHOENIX - Krispy Kreme Arizona is celebrating the opening of its new Chandler neighborhood store with a special “stimulant” package consisting of $.25 coffee to bail out those in need of an affordable and great tasting cup of coffee to accompany their Krispy Kreme doughnut. Krispy Kreme’s new everyday coffee price will be available at each of its now five Valley locations beginning Feb. 24, 2009.
And while all Krispy Kreme patrons are eligible for the stimulant package, the first 1,000 joining Krispy Kreme for the grand opening of its Chandler store at the Fulton Ranch Towne Center (Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo Road) on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, will receive a quarter at the door.
“With this new coffee price point and a fifth location, Krispy Kreme Arizona is making it easier and easier for families to enjoy a fun and affordable activity right in their own neighborhood,” said Dan Brinton - better known as Doughnut Dan, Krispy Kreme Arizona franchisee.
Like all neighborhood stores, the Chandler location will have doughnuts delivered fresh multiple times throughout the day from the Mesa store. The new location will offer 15 varieties of doughnuts, including Krispy Kreme’s signature Original Glazed® doughnut. Coffee will be offered in rich and decaf varieties. What’s more, the Chandler store will feature $.99 espresso coffee drinks as well as offering Krispy Kreme Chillers and Shamrock Farms mmmmilk.
It is at Arizona and Ocotillo - about two miles from my house.
