If you were a personal trainer, you may want to have a few photos taken.
Shamans don't work out, they just stay fit by doing all kinds of activities and random acts of kindness. I aint there yet but I be trying. I believe "that" particular pose got popular because of sexy people on facebook that didn't have anything to say. And I'm buff, it might be Bruce Lee buff, but I can gather a few comedy pics to prove my point.

Bruce Lee was pretty ripped, considering the times and his specialty. Not a lot of martial arts dudes back then (or even now) were as cut as him. I'm a huge Lee fan, since childhood.

Bruce Lee was badass. My dad actually has some photos of him in LA in a competition before he made any of his movies. After he won the competition he broke some boards using a 1-inch punch and did some other stuff.

Was it under Buddy Ryan? I barely remember something in a greyout -being really drunk at SDS, Tupa kicking and QBing in the same game, fighting with another teams fan about how smart it was to have one player playing 2 positions- and a QB in case we needed a fake punt.

Those kind of next morning demoralizations changed my life, I quit drinking and won't put lipstick on a pig like DA, even when I want to be liked by other Cards fans.

Wheres Stoney Case man- that boy has to own a bar somewhere?

I have a McMahaon jersey to prove it!

Hell some fans ring their own noses, now-a-days. My dad use wait too long till the pigs was too big and me and my brothers would have to catch them, wrestle them and hold them in the mud while he put the ring in their nose!

those pigs were pissed they kicked my butt a couple times- tried to eat me once! some of them big breeder sows were near 1000 lbs with 16 piglets!

Kept them from rootin- thats where they start digging up roots and dig their way under the pen. Suey Suey! mix table scraps, feed and water to make slop for the pigs.

Yepper I'm a mudder, Wish them farm animals would have liked me more Too! In the end - they made a fine Ham and egg breakfast!

Where the chickens involved- but the pig is committed!

Unlike Buddy Ryan.

A lil nose ringing of large boars - might help our tackling a bit? just another warped thought.

Or we could remove the rings from any card player or coach Grimm that has one !

While you may be able to remove the ring yourself, if you are unsure of your ability to control the animal or handle the bolt cutters, you should hire a veterinarian to do the procedure. You should also check with a veterinarian before the procedure to make sure that your pig is healthy and in shape for the ring removal.

Contain the pig.
Removing the ring could result in injury, so you want to make sure that your pig is securely held down so that it does not jerk during the removal.
If the pig is small, you may just have a second handler simply hold the animal.
If the pig is large, you may need several handlers or a tightly fitted pen.

2Snip the ring.
Use bolt cutters to snip through the metal ring. This will allow the ring to move freely.

Chasing down greased pigs, like we used to do at the fair every year...would likely help our defense with their tackling. Because if you do not wrap up and hold tight that pig is gonna squirt loose every time.
