MLB concluded its 2025 Spring Breakout games Sunday.
A handful of former Vols were on rosters for the final day of games, all of which were a part of Tennessee's 2022 SEC regular-season and tournament championship team. However, only one former Vol played Sunday.
Blake Burke was a designated hitter for the Brewers' prospects in their, 9-7, loss to the Reds' prospects. He led off the second inning with a single to left field and walked in the third inning.
Pitcher Chase Burns was on roster for the Reds' prospects, but did not play.
Outfielder Seth Stephenson also did not play in the Detroit prospects', 6-3, win over the Braves' prospects. However, third baseman Carson Rucker, the brother of former Tennessee third baseman Jake Rucker, pinch hit for a pair of at-bats.
Pitcher Chase Dollander did not take the mound in the Rockies prospects', 3-1, win over the White Sox prospects.
