Frank Lampard is confident the Chelsea's supporters will give him and his young squad time to challenge for trophies. Chelsea received a standing ovation from the Stamford Bridge crowd at the end of their 2-1 defeat to Liverpool, despite the fact the team are yet to win at home this season. Lampard's team will expect to chalk up their first home success against League Two Grimsby Town on Wednesday night in the Carabao Cup, a competition that Chelsea reached the final of last season.
