To the guys who have watched the preseason ganmes. Is freddie getting any love from blake? Is he going to be an option or disappear again? Wasnt he a pro-bowl player before he gotr lost here?

look at Mcgee's numbers in Cincinnati and Heap's numbers last year in Baltimore. Jones should have a good year.

Blake is on record saying one of his goals this year is to help Make Freddie Jones a Pro Bowler.

He is our best "reciever" as of right now!

For us to have a successful season, Freddie Jones has to have at least 60 catches. He had a 71 catch season with the Chargers. I do not want to start another Jake bashing thread, but Jones was never looked to last year. Jones is the most experienced player we have at catching the ball. Since we are using a Norv Turner type offense the TE is an integral part. We have the massive o-line, crushing FB and very good RB's. We will play fake to Smith and Jones will bust down the seam like Novackek. Jones will get his receptions this year.

I picked him as my sleeper in FFB this year. I also have Gonzo but would love to sit him and play Freddie every week. It'll just piss everyone else off so much!!

Hey, Freddie fell to me all the way to the 15th round, and there are only 16 total...and considering receptions are worth 1pt each, he is a great backup to perhaps the best TE there...Heap!

I got Freddie in the 15th round also and I am starting him this week over Bubba Franks.

I got freddie and heap as well lets hope bothe there new qbs look there ways.

With the collapse of the Oline last year he was used primarily as a blocker to try and protect the QB.

It could happen again this year.
