I wouldn’t pound our chest about our athleticism, but the other two are good to have.
What's the saying, two out of three ain't bad.

I was thinking two things watching the Heat in the playoffs.
The Suns needed a player like Jae Crowder and the Heat needed a player like Precious Achiuwa.
I was referring to you comment about milsapCrowder was big in the playoffs.
He actually shot 45% from three with Miami.I disagree there. If it was a main scoring option on the team than yes, but as someone that is going to take a handful a game to keep the defense honest you can absolutely live with a number around 34% from three.

I’m not in “wowowowoow” mode but it’s a pretty good upgrade from last season. Watch us now let Dario go.Paul
Booker
Mikal
Crowder
Ayton

Not sure about that but Pat Riley doesn’t seem to think he was incredibly important.
If . . .3/30 for Crowder.
3-year MLE but worth every penny.
Bench:
Cam Johnson
Dario
Payne/Carter
Smith
sweet
would love to add a PG at the BAE like Teague os
It isn't nearly that simple. Rubio is a main ballhandler that is really only a threat from 3 when he is spotting up and still only made like 35% of them. Crowder's main role on offense is to stretch the floor and make enough threes that the defense has to account for it. Shooting 34% is enough to do just that.Rubio shot significantly better than that, and people here couldn't get rid of him fast enough. Just saying...
Pat Riley doesn't want to sign long term deals because they plan on going heavy on next years FA class

If . . .
cam continues to improve
Dario is the bubble Dario
Payne/Carter are 60% of bubble Payne/Carter
And smith shows nba chops
that’s a solid bench. Maybe even a very good bench. But it’s a lot of if’s.
would like Teague for BAE
They paid Goran Dragic too.
Yup. I was actually surprised at his pedestrian 3 point percentage.just took a look at his stats... his reputation as a shooter does seem somewhat over blown.
I don’t agree with this. Having watched the games he was scrapping and playing some hellacious D against superior players.Yes. Crowder was actually the weak link on that team.
2 year deal, opt out after 1. They are going after the big free agents next year. Can't sign fairly sizable contracts if you plan on doing that
Right. Easily replaceable
