the Cards spent two high first round picks on ILBs

the Cards have to use their cap space wisely

their two starting RBs, three TEs, top 3 WR, and leading sack producer are all UFAs --

and we want to bring Bobby Wagner in? good grief

I'd be all for them bringing in Wagner at the right price IF they switch to a 4-3. Simmons, Wagner, Collins. Drool.

It just makes sense to play 4-3 with what we have. We play it 66%+ of the time anyway.

I think he's going back to Denver. Denver has more cap space. All his friends and family are there and most importantly they have a real SB shot now with Russ and Miller will want a ring with Denver.

I think Denver have more of a SB shot than the Rams.

This is not a credible assertion when Markus Golden played over 60% of our defensive snaps last year.

It's a fact. The only difference is Golden and CJ play stood up rather than in a 3 point stance.

Yes if you release Hicks cause u have two first rounders ilb, u need to play them, lets see what they can do without an uncomfortable veteran presence to compete with them
I m pretty sure Joseph and his crappy schemes require a celebral(lol) presence
Im afraid he would play vallejo btw with Joe walker ready to step in

Bobby Wagner probably doesn't have any interest in the Cardinals either. He's an 8 time pro bowler (I know, I know) and 6 time All Pro. He's going to the Rams or Broncos (if Von Miller stays in L.A.) or somewhere he can chase another ring. I think he has some left in the tank.

Yup. Broncos, Rams or Chiefs.

I would send a 7th for Boykin. Still 2 years on a cheap deal. 6-4, 220lb, runs 4.42. 43" vert.

Loads of upside.

I m starting to like penning as a first round option

Noooo. Gone before us now anyway. Draft stock is up after the combine. I don't want any tackles that look good in the FCS in the 1st round.

A 7th for Boykin seems fair.

Baltimore....we wide receiver's go to die. All you hear about is how great their TE's are.

I bet Keim doesn't even pick up the phone.

Like many here I see a guy with elite athleticism that has been hamstrung in a poor passing offense. He has 1 year left on his rookie deal (not 2 as I said before) but he hit the escalator so that's $2.5m.

For a 7th I think that's good value. His spider chart looks like a 90th percentile circle except the bench.
