The Kings could trade their pick under some circumstances.

They owe a top 10 protected pick but they could trade it reverse protected meaning they give the Suns their next top 10 pick. In that case I would consider moving Bledsoe or Knight for Gay.

So they essentially trade the Lakers #1 pick for Rudy Gay.

Did you expect any of those guys to be traded? It's been reported for weeks that multiple teams were interested in PJ and the Suns were gauging his value. Given the fact this team is terrible and PJ could help a contender I thought he'd be gone.

Fair point. But there were even more rumors about Teletovic and he's still here.
