Like how Suns played 1st quarter, of course they need to improve but still not a bad showing so far against a long frontcourt of Blazers

Hakim Warrick has hops. He looks like he jumps higher than Amare. Nice dunk. I have high hopes for Warrick this season.

Now if the Suns only played an inkling of defense...

There's something about that guy that makes me want to punch him in the face....

Am I hallucinating or did Frye just make 2 great plays in a row?

Suns out rebounded 5-11 in the first quarter. On pace for a 20-44 game. Cant win that way, pick up the hustle boys!

Nash got a long rest there and we stayed in the game. Hopefully thats something we can get away with all season.

So far the Suns have looked just like last years Suns. I don't see any of the "I miss Amare" moments.

Getting outboarded 25-13 in the first half. That's not going to get it done. The Blazers came out super intense defensively, overplaying the ball and Nash in particular. We seem to have weathered the storm. If we can keep the rebounding differential respectable we should win the game.

Not as shoddy as they played preseason but that is a ridiculous statement. It is glaring on the offense, with Lopez not able to catch the ball and finish on the pick-n-roll. They are going to adjust eventually, how well? We will find out but to say they dont miss Amare..................
