Machado stepped on Murphy's foot and tossed his bat in his path for an interference call.

Murphy had dropped the popup and was initially called for an error.

Padres Manager Andy Green was tossed for arguing.

As Steve is saying, Darnell Coles, our Hitting Coach and his staff, deserves a lot of credit.

They were going to pinch hit for Greinke, but decided to let him hit before taking him out.

What a difference from the Dodger series. The D-backs are making the Valley proud.

As hot as he's been with the bat, it made sense to let Greinke hit. I just hope Torey isn't foolish enough to let him start the 7th. This is now tailor-made to go Hirano in the 7th, Archie in the 8th and Holland in the 9th.
