Given that the Red Wings have won the Cup so many times in the past few years, I'm cheering for Sid the Kid to win one for the small market teams!!

Am I the only person that has only one team I follow in each pro sport?

I always hear people say "My other team, or my 2nd favorite team..."

To me that's dividing your loyalty.

I have one team in each sport that I follow 100%.

It's not that I don't follow the Coyotes 100%. It's just I'm used to not watching my #1 team in the playoffs and wanting to keep interest in the sport. So I follow the "other team" in the playoffs and eventually got behind them over the years. My loyalty stands pat when the teams go head to head tho. I didn't care too much about this result, but I do like the Red Wings. I liked them a lot more years ago tho.

No. I like only 1 team per sport and I live in a State that has 2 NFL teams and 2 MLB teams. I don't even like hockey and I hate it even worse after tonight.

UGH - the Red Wings, really?

That's like a Cards' fan whose "other team" is the Cowboys.

Coyotes' fans HATE the Red Wings.

Not all Coyotes fans hate the Red Wings. Only teams I really would go with "HATE" is the Avs and Devils.

Part of me is REALLY happy that Hossa didn't get to win the cup after leaving Pittsburgh and the 50 million dollars they had for him to sign a 1 year 6 million dollar deal with Detroit because he didn't think they had a chance to win....

Congrats to the Pens, way to STICK it to Hossa
