I know many are against trading for Fitz. But maybe we need to. He is not getting the ball. And even he maybe attracting more defenders to him, other guys can't take advantage of the situation. So maybe we need to think of rebuilding totally...

The time to trade Fitz was before we gave him that huge contract. The writing was already on the wall. We had a world class receiver and no one to get him the ball. So what did we do, we gave him big bucks to be an emissary to the community and threw big bucks at a fairly untested, concussion-prone quarterback so we'd have an expensive player to not throw the ball to him. Now, he's pretty much untradeable and while we don't really need the Cap space we sure could have used the draft picks he would have brought us back then.

He's old and can't get open against top CBs anymore and is easily replaced so we really need to let him go.
