They only have 3 receivers playing, Macklin just went out, and Avant is their biggest threat right now. Plus Campbell and Dockett are being annoying for Vick.

Cards are actually getting some pressure on Vick. But you are right. Overthrows a wide open receiver and dropped passes. Could be looking past the Cards to the Giants game.
