That is what I was thinking, too. Our best hope is that this will be the development season that we have been hoping for half a decade.Awesome win! Win or lose, these guys have been fun to watch this year so far.
There were a lot of heroes to go around tonight, Booker, Bledsoe, Warren but let's not forget Tucker's defense on AD and that terrifically designed play presumably by Watson to get Warren that winning basket.
Exciting win.
It must be the burritos!
The real hero is whoever figured out that Booker's turf toe was caused by him outgrowing his shoes.
I'm fairly certain that it was essentially the exact same play. You could tell it was planned because of how little effort Bled was putting into actually getting the ball. Thus everyone else was just a decoy to clear the paint for TJ.After sleeping on it, I couldn't help but think that Warren's game winning dunk last night (cutting to the basket) reminded me of the Portland game when Meyers Leonard cut to the basket to score sent the game into overtime. Both were good plays that lead to open shots at the basket in close games. I really enjoy Watson's play calling coming out of timeouts.

Trailing by a point with 8.6 seconds, P.J. Tucker was inbounding from the sideline when three guards crossed to open the middle of the floor. T.J. Warren sprinted from the basket toward Tucker and the 3-point line. He was supposed to catch the ball there for an isolation play but quickly pivoted back toward the hoop to beat Solomon Hill.
“There was nobody in the passing lane and I was like, ‘T.J., spin out,’" Tucker said of his thinking. “It was like he heard me. He spun and I threw it mid-spin. The throw was good, but the catch was unreal.”
Just going back and looking at the highlights of the game. Warren on that final play was masterful. His ability to sell his move outside and then reach out at catch that ball shows great hands. Also his conservation of motion going to the rim was fantastic. Warren has an ability to move with little wasted motion to score--no stutter steps, or unnecessary fakes. Just straight to the rim.
