Georgia softball heads to Tuscaloosa for a three-game weekend series against old-time rival Alabama.
Alabama is receiving votes in the NFCA poll and No. 25 in the ESPN poll. Georgia had another 1-2 conference outing against LSU in Athens last weekend, winning game three thanks to a grand slam from freshman utility Mua Williams in the bottom of the third inning. The Lady Bulldogs also had a solid midweek win over No. 17/15 Oklahoma State.
The first game at Rhoads Stadium will be Friday at 7 p.m., with game two on Saturday at 3 p.m. and game three on Sunday at noon.
Georgia is now 24-8 overall and 3-6 in the SEC. Alabama is on the precipice of falling out of the national rankings, standing 23-12 overall and 2-4 in conference play.
Georgia's weekend series against Alabama team will be streamed through the SEC Network+. Fans looking to stream the games can go to the ESPN app. An ESPN subscription totals $11.99 monthly or $119.99 annually. There is no other way to watch these games, as the university is not streaming the game audio on their radiocast.
