After signing a 38 year old DE for $5 million why not think about this?

JG should make a call.

Here is a short story of a guy with incredibly bad luck who has yet to give up and has proven ability.

Why should we even consider him? He will be $2-$3 million max for a 1 year contract.

2022 Season: 5 Games (Then tore acl)

Moseley’s combined 2021-2022 performance reflects a high-quality starting CB:
  • Above-average coverage metrics.
  • Minimal big plays allowed.
  • Zero touchdowns surrendered over 16 games.
  • Improved slightly from his outlier 2022 struggles when accounting for the full sample.

But he never played.

2. Chris Harris Jr.

  • Injuries: Torn ACL in 2013 and multiple lower-body injuries later.
  • Comeback: Returned to earn four Pro Bowl nods (2014–2018) and was a key part of the Broncos’ "No Fly Zone" defense, including a Super Bowl 50 win.

3. Jason Verrett

  • Injuries: Torn ACL (2016), Achilles tear (2018), and another ACL tear (2020).

What is the upside of a 29 year old corner who has played 2 defensive snaps in the past three seasons? He's played 31 snaps since Stranger Things Season 4 dropped.
