I'd start with removing coach Porter first. Actually for all intents and purposes the Suns FO blew up the old Suns when they pushed DA out. So why not Porter?

1. Fire Porter first. Show the players that they can be axed too. Maybe it will light a fire under them.

2. Start entertaining offers for these players. Keep Barbosa, try and trade everyone else. Lopez too please.

3. Fire Kerr at the end of the season before the next draft.

I bet a lot of the players would already like to be out of here so I'm not sure how effective this would be.

If things are not clicking as the trading deadline nears I look for changes. Could the Suns sell Porter for 3 million.

3. Fire Kerr at the end of the season before the next draft.

I think Sarver would sell the team before getting rid of Kerr.

The writing has been on the wall for this team for the last two years. Bottom line, they couldn't beat anyone good last year, and still can't compete against good teams. Just a depressing team to watch, especially after the glory days of ssol.

Most of your posts add nothing to the discussion, and although we are all guilty of posting foolish drivel sometimes (myself included) you more than exceed the allowable quotient in this area.

Many don't take you seriously because you became a fan of the "team" when Shaq got here, and most think you'll be gone once Shaq is as well which could be as soon as next month and almost certainly this summer.

Yeah, well said. I haven't been too interested in the content on the board lately. Mostly "This guy sucks" or "trade/Fire this guy" Things have been pretty testy here as of late, and it's not really worth wading through all of it to find a decent basketball discussion.
