The Suns began the season at only 8 and 5 in November, which was not that impressive considering that their gams were mostly at home and the competition not that great. However they survived some long road trips and really took off in Feb

Nov 8-5
Dec 11-5
Jan 10-6
Feb 9-1
Mar 1-0

Having Barbosa injured in Jan really hurt. Also, they played 9 road games out of a total of 16 games with 5 of their 6 losses on the road. Three of their loses were very close: two of their loses were triple overtime and another a double overtime.

Since the Suns loss to the Magic on Jan 24, the Suns have won 13 and lost only 2.

The Suns have lost three in a row only once, between Dec 9 to 14. They have lost two in a row only twice: Nov 6 to 10 and Jan 22 to 24.

Right now the Suns are at pace to win 57 games this season and their pace since in the last month is through the roof.

I dunno, I can't even walk when I leave my gams at home.

Also Jones was injured in January.

Having both he and Barbosa injured really hurt their bench scoring. Without checking I think those 2 account for 20-30 pts.

Fun with numbers....

The first month was truly a trial and error period, finding out who played best with whom and at what position. The numbers seem to reflect that.
