Giants cut DRC

Now, it appears DRC balked at a pay cut and got released:

Plenty of other younger DBs on the market---he was due 6.5 mil and refused a pay cut.

The #Giants decided to release CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie today, source confirmed (as @JordanRaanan said). They tried to move him to safety and asked him to take a large paycut. Instead, he is being released and wants to play as an outside CB once again.


I'd go after him for the typical one year Keim contract deal.

Remember when the Saints and the Patriots almost made a trade for Malcolm Butler? I’m told there is new interest in getting him to New Orleans as a Free Agent, but they also have their eyes on veteran corner Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie
