DBacks are going nowhere fast. Would like to see the Giants (my 2nd favorite team) overtake the Doyers.

Goldy and Tomas are also following Anderson on the downward spiral. Not good when we have so many guys all tanking at the same time. Damn!!

This little five game slide has really taken the air out of the sails.

I just looked at the AAA and AA pitching stats and there is NO help coming.

Steve Berthiaume has been calling Peralta a freight train on the bases. But he is sure on the express track. He does need to learn to not slide and bounce up, however, when the 3B is trying to put a tag on him.

He has been a favorite of mine since he became part of the rotation. And he sure showed he could hit lefties when given the chance.

Also, what a pleasant surprise that AJ Pollock is one of the best fielding CF in baseball and a steady hitter. And an All Star.

I am adjusting to the concept of a 4-man rotation in the outfield to keep them fresh and cover for an injury, with Inciarte starting in LF, CF, RF, then taking his day off. I have never heard of a team using that arrangement before.

Why do they keep leaving that huge hole through the right side? Theyve rolled about 7 singles in the same spot.

Another pathetic performance by the DBacks. End the first half of the season being swept in New York by the Mets. Start the 2nd half of the season being swept at home by the Giants.
