I think the Cards and Giants tied on MNF in 1983.
Indeed they did.

On October 24, 1983, in what's known as the worst Monday Night Football game of all-time, the Giants and Cardinals played to a 20-20 tie. Cardinal’s kicker Neil O'Donoghue missed three overtime field goal attempts, including one from extra-point distance. It is the only five-quarter tie in Monday Night Football history.

I just think the giants defense will be to much for us to overcome and we lose in a somewhat close game but Warner throws a crucial pick for a td :( Everyother time I predicted the cardinals to lose they have won so I hope the trend continues.

We play well at home, we tend to play good teams well at home.

Plus why the heck would anyone on a 7-3 home team pick the other team ever?

Jeez and some people say I'm pessimistic :)

Just a feeling. We are fired up for this one and get up on the Giants early.

Jacobs puts the ball on the turf a couple of times.

Superstition.

Look at how many posts say everytime I pick the Cards to win they lose.

We had a thread once that talked about how many of us felt we had to leave the room (TV Game) for the Cards to do something good. Heck it happened to me just last Sunday. :D

This is as different a game as Ive seen as a Cardinals fan. New territory for sure.
And that means to me this game, as playoff and championchips games are, will be one of which team plays disciplined mistake free football.
Has the Whis instilled that in this team yet? Not that Ive seen. But then again there are many things I never thought Id see as a fan of this team.
And as we're in new territory I'm going to depart from my past predictions and not pick a score.
I will say this however,
It'll be a hellava game to watch and should come down to fourth quarter heroics if we can take it to the next level and play tough mistake free football.
