So my usually crappy company scored tickets to the pool area for Wenesday night's D-Backs/Yankees game. D-Dogg, the gang and I will be coolin' out in the pool. I will be sure to take some good pictures, furthering Ryan's hate of me.

I had tickets for all three games, but my son left for Army basic training late last week, so my plans got changed pretty quick; my seats will now be occupied by grateful members of my family living in the Valley!

"Cut to the game and us (with backpacks full of swim attire) being told by the pool entrance usher (near section 100 if you were curious), that our tickets were not for the pool, but rather a ******** called the Shamrock Farms' Picnic Pavilion. WTF? I was in utter disbelief.

The pole wasn't so bad; from my side of the table I couldn't see second base, but could see the pitcher and home plate.

Abomb and Meridith's side of the table they had a wonderful view of 2nd base, but not home plate.

Ok, so it was so bad.

I got a chance to check out the game the same night as d-dogg. Here's a pic of the pool from where I sat. I was thinking wow d-dogg must be having a great time over there.....

Here's one when a-rod struck out with the bases loaded! This was an awsome moment - I think the score was still 3-2.

These girls decided to sit in front of me in the 6th inn. No one complained of course that they didn't have a ticket...
