During its original run, The Golden Girls received 65 Emmy nominations, 11 Emmy awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and two Viewers For Quality Television awards. All the lead actresses won Emmy Awards for their performances on the show. The Golden Girls, along with All in the Family and Will & Grace, is one of the few shows where all the principal actors have won Emmy Awards

I agree for the most part. Betty White had some good moments. It was funny for what it was. Remember watching it with my parents.

But this was all during the Gray Panther Octogenarian old people have rights too revolution. Once that wore off and we all got bored with "Old Power" the show fizzled out and there hasn't been anything quit like it since. Maybe the Rapping Granny.

I would have been torn between voting for "kind of funny" and "pretty funny" if The Mullit had the foresight to add those to his poll. Instead, I'm in the top three box score with "friggin hilarious, OMG" guy and "eh, it was pretty good...made me laugh" guy. You really need to work on your segmentation skills, Mullit. I would hate to see you pick a jury.
