Reminder - please don't ferget to work on "confidence".

I would like to see a team average in the 20's by the start of the season.

Also please focus on the physical attributes to work on yer players build...layoff the special stuff till.

I know its early...but I have to say I think we "smoked" the competition by getting everybody on the team and under contract.

Looking at our roster I would say that our team's strength may be the offense.

Yeah...but at least we ain't 6 levels down like when facing the Dungeoneers.

I really believe if we can get our team confidence in the 20's and follow the coordinators game plans - we'll hang with them.

Hey D looking at those teams that Nathan posted it sure likes some of our positions would really be helped by boosting more than just one level.

They all have double digit starters and will probably boost fully at the beginning of the season. Seems to me that if we just boost 1 time just to see the level of competition we risk getting left in the dust early. I know its developmental team but we still wanna smoke everyone

Is that still the what you wanna do? What about the guys that are in the level 4-7 range do you still only want them boosted 1 level instead of all the way up?

Not to mention the 70.00 I spent for 10,000 flex points that are burning a hole in my pocket

Yeah...I've been mentally going back and forth on that. Its just to easy to screw up a 15 point boost and then yer stuck.

But I'm not going to handicap the players - I'm giving the green light to boosting or you can work on developing yer guy.

My only (maybe theres more...I dunno) conditions are these:

Special Abilities - Don't invest in them until your coordinator wants you to. Lets get our physical attributes in the right direction.

Each position usually has two or three physical skills that are their most important stat - I want them maxed out as soon as possible (high 40's. If you reached that point - stop and proceed onto the next attribute.

I want everyone to have their confidence in the 20's by the 3rd game of the season...boosting, training, equipment - yer choice.

Wide Receivers - We need catching and vision to be in the 40's.

My QB is accurate (think Phil Simms) - but some of you speedsters can run faster than his throws...Another item is carrying and strength - GLB changed things around that if you'll need to bump them up to avoid turnovers.

Coordinators - please look at the rosters and start developing an idea of what type of style you want - for example are we a power running team? 3-4 def? etc. and what builds yer looking for in key positions.

Again keep in mind the GLB is going to be a bit different in the upcomming season:

• Agility is going to become more important relative to speed.
• Power tackling is going to start causing more fumbles (and missed tackles)
• Due to #2, WR'S and RB's need to start working on carrying.
• Carrying gives a boost to breaking tackles (it's not just strength).
