Get Tebow and Vince Young. Run the pistol or zone read spread offense with Tebow until he gets knocked out then run with Young. With our midget RBs and current WR corps we have the perfect personnel group to do that. Especially since you don't have to block anyone to do it.

What have we got to lose? Our offense is beyond horrendous now. At least those two would be more fun to watch than Skelton getting sacked every other snap and throwing TDs to the other team.

Not too outrageous when you think about Kolb running for 66 yards on only 5 carries vs the Bills and the 2nd smallest guy in the NFL running for 104 yards vs the Vikings. Imagine how many yards a guy like Tebow or Young could get.

I don't think so. He only had 37 rushing attempts for minus 82 yards combined his last two seasons at SDS.

Not, saying Lindley is mobile, but just for statistical clarification. The NCAA tracks sack yardage against a QB's rushing totals, but does not count a sack taken as a rushing attempt. So a lot of pocket college QBs will show negative rushing totals.

That said... Lindley's numbers in the department are still pretty brutal.

Have you watched any Broncos games? They are so much better its scary. Still putting it all together, dont let the 3-3 record fool you. I was embarrassed for the Broncos last year. Even in victory.

Really? Does he need to start driving drunk, killing dogs, raping women and shooting people at 3 in the morning to get full acceptance? He's not responsible for the media circus that follows him and if he landed in Arizona it wouldn't take very long for that circus to quietly fade away. I seriously doubt (emphasis on seriously) that he's the answer for us at QB but it's pretty clear we don't have an answer at QB. If he can help us win, I'm all for it. If he can't, he's just one more in a long line of failures. I'm wouldn't fault the organization for taking a chance, even if it seems a bit absurd.

That is what I was thinking, we have nothing to lose. Maybe Tebow would cost too much, but Vince Young is there. Look, I understand Young is a headcase and Tebow is a media circus. Young still have a better arm than Tebow and both can run. By some act of fate, we still have four wins with this OL and the objective is to win. One might say to trade for Tebow or sign VY is folly but I will tell you what is even a bigger folly, not doing anything if the objective is to win. We need a scrambling QB for this current situation because our defense is good enough to make this work. Losing sucks! I'm just saying for this year. I do not by any stretch of the imagination think Tebow or Young is a long term answer...but it is this year's answer compared to the situation we are currently in. It gives one a sick stomach and a need to bang ones head against the wall seeing the current offense try and move the ball. This offense is as rough as sandpaper. Nothing is fluid. Most offenses can at least say they do one thing right...all we can do is punt it seems.

Their defense was phenomenal last year in the 2nd half, and its been pretty rough so far this year, their 2011 D-Coordinator is now the Raiders HC. And their running backs have been struggling. But their offense is much much better now.

With the way our defense has played I think we could be undefeated right now if Peyton had come here. POOR CHOICE MANNING, YOU TURD!

Slightly off topic. Those Elway commercials where he talks about his dance moves make me want to puke. Screw him.
