Grade the NFC West

Arizona: 2-1, but lucky to be there....eeked out wins @ STL and vs OAK, while being blown away by Atlanta.

Seattle: 2-1, but perhaps undeservedly......destroyed San Fran, but got blown away by Denver and got ripped apart defensively vs San Diego........saved by 2 kickoff returns.

St. Louis: 1-2, but perhaps better than advertised......could have won a close one vs Arizona, lost a close one against a tough Oakland home team and beat Washington decisively.......injury to Jackson is important.

San Francisco: 0-3, looking awful on the road and unable to capitalize at home vs New Orleans......tough to read.

2-1 is 2-1 regardless fo how you got there. have seen many good team win ugly against some bad teams before. Washington is a decent team despite being 1-2 and the Rams smoked them. I would give the NFC West a C+ to this point.

With the downgrade from B due to teh Niners not living up to the hype. (thank Goodness)

Well, after the first three weeks, the NFC West has the same record as the mighty NFC East.

Philly 2-1
Giants, Skins, Cowboys all 1-2.

Cards, Seahawks 2-1
Rams 1-2
Niners 0-3

If it wasn't for San Francisco, this would be a winning division.

Arizona = F- We should vacate our two wins and forfeit the rest of the season. This is the worst 2-1 team in the history of all professional sports, including Sumo wrestling.

St. Louis = B+ They are really 2-1 after they get the victory they deserve from us.

Seattle = A+ Hiring Carroll enabled them to cut one cheerleader position. Sheer genius by the Seattle front office.

San Francisco = A+++++ The greatest 0-3 team in the history of professional sports with the most awesome starting QB. The Cards need to stop winning games and pattern themselves after this greatness immediately. That way, when we play the Saints in two weeks, we can lose the game but be praised by experts.
