Score of 10 from IGN.com, the highest they give. Only other game on a major console to get a 10 from IGN was Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the N64, back in 1998.

I actually give Donald a pass. I dont recall him playing much of the others (I think he got 3/4 through Vice City) and didnt play San Andreas at all, iirc.

I just dont understand how someone would dislike GTA. It is everything I have ever wanted in a game. Is it too violent? Usually non-gamers perpectives make sense, ignorance flows into just seeing mindless killing deeming it a bad thing but someone who plays games not appreciating the series?

San Andreas was more LA gangster themed which I could see people not being huge into but the story was still fantastic.

I'm going to bestbuy later this week hopefully tommorow to pick up the game, I just read the review and the online play sounds sick I didn't think they were doing online for gta4 but glad they did . By the way does anyone have a clan if they have that in gta4 that I could join? Once I get this game I will be on almost everyday so I will be active

I should be picking it up soon and have a couple of friends who should be playing. Dreamcastrocks has a copy coming as well.

Apparently there is an issue with the game freezing on the boot screen. They haven't narrowed the issue yet, but apparently the PS3 60GB version is having the issue the most, along with some XBOX 360s
