I know this is old school, but anyone remember Walter Davis Banking a three in the second round of the playoffs against the Jazz, circa 1984? It sent the game to overtime, which the Suns eventually won (and the series). That was an amazing game, and a shot by Walter Davis. Of course... video of that stuff is nearly impossible to find.

I was at that game and lost my freakin' mind. Easily my favorite memory. Davis was electric. When he started feeling it, the game was over. He could hit from 30 feet out, with a big hand in his face. I LOVED Walter Davis.

This probably isn't great moment, but it's one of my favorites:

:) I think that this was during the Knicks/Suns 1994 regular season game

Clutch...and he was well guarded too.
Amazing how irrelevant the Clippers became again following that season IIRC.

Daniel Ewing did a masterful job of guarding him. If he had fouled him and he made that shot, it would have been game over.

Of course, why do teams not foul prior to the shot anymore? Cotton would have fouled someone on the inbound.
