It doesn't overrule the concerns people have necessarily, but I do like the reasonable tone--especially with regard to picking the favorite in the division.

The key to winning in the NFL in the last decade has been re-loading, and I think the fact that the Cardinals addressed a lot of their needs, and quickly, is not to be underrated. A team doesn't exist in a vacuum: what it does happens in relation to what the other teams do. Do the net results of San Francisco, Seattle, or St. Louis' offseasons exceed the Cardinals' net result? I don't think so, and so I think Arizona is still the favorite.

Thanks Cardiac. This IS a good read. They guy has insight into at least the NFC west. I thought it was a very good assessment of the Cards going into the draft.

Clark Judge was the best or 2nd best in picking teams W & L last year on the CBS site. They use the points so it is even tougher then the ESPN crew etc.

This tells me he does know his football and has a good knowledge of all teams in the NFL.

He says we're high on Ali Highsmith. I thought we didn't tender him, or even cut him. I'm not sure, but I thought Ali Highsmith wasn't a Cardinal anymore.

Great article. Thanks for sharing! Brings a good realist perception of the Cards.

Maybe our Redbirds should change their name to the Whisenhunt Cardinals. What a change since he has arrived.

He is a Cardinal, there are even pictures of him recently at the workouts. If he develops in to a decent player I'd be pleased but based on what we've seen I wouldn't exactly count on it.

Great article and the girl who was on the video was lovely. I think that we should take Cody if he is there and the article seemed to echo that sentiment.

We will see

He says we're high on Ali Highsmith.

So are opposing runningbacks. Nothing like running off left tackle, your line blocked well, and there's nothing in between you and paydirt but Ali "Whiff" Highsmith. That's basically a touchdown already!
