He might have only a couple of years left in him but it's his knowledge of coverage that will be invaluable to our young cbs and Wilson who still isn't completely there yet. I'm not saying he's some kind of coverage genius but it will be like having an extra coach on the field.

I also like the signing. He is very experienced and can still hit hard. However, he seems really full of himself. His website is ridiculous.

I just like his modeling pictures with his shirt unbuttoned looking seductively into the camera. He's an attractive man. :D

He gave a tour of his crib on NFL Total Access before the draft. He liked antiques an unusual furniture... seemed like an alright guy. (Maybe a little to hung-up on the price, but not cocky in any way.)

I'v always liked Griffith and think that someone like Ernest Shazor could learn from him and eventually take his place.

Doubt it. Shazor is too stiff to play FS. He could, of course, improve in his coverage skills etc., but I think he'll be backing up Wilson along with being a monster on special teams for a couple of years.

When Griffith contract runs out I could, however, see Pendergast moving Wilson to FS with Shazor playing SS.

Yeah what you are saying does makes sense. FYI, I think that Griffith has spent his entire career as a SS and this may be his first at FS. I know that he played SS while with the Vikings.
