Canaan with 2 huge FTs.

Suns lead 96-93 with 18 seconds left in the game.

TJ is not the guy we should be running plays for to get free throws. He never looks confident on those at the end of games.

It looks like the game will go to overtime. Warren only hit only 1 of 2 FTs.

And without Booker.

Chandler scores at the buzzer! It was a lob pass.

The basket is good. Whew. They reviewed it. I didn't think there was any question.

Booker IS a superstar, right now. He is unreal. One of the best scorers in the league and doing it with defenses keyed on him all game long.

Eddie Johnson called the play before hand. He's got a really good mind for the game, I wouldn't mind seeing him as a coach in the future but I appreciate his take as a commentator.

I thought the ball was in the cylinder, but what the hey, the Suns got robbed on some bad calls too.

So Bender could shoot the ball from out of bounds so long as Chandler touched the ball before it went through the cylinder. That's my understanding.

Awesome play call by Triano and executed by Bender and Chandler.

Booker laughed as they discussed it after the game... that Triano knew this little known rule.

Chriss had 13 rebounds? Looking at the box score and that surprised me. I only caught the 2nd quarter and the final 2 minutes and didn't notice him playing that well, although he did look better than he did earlier in the year. Glad to see him contributing on the glass for a change.

Funny. :)

However, one can see Bender is not really coordinated out there in terms of how to use his body.

Yet another reason he should never be compared to Kukoc... either as finished product or in his youth.

Isn’t really coordinated with his body. He’s not 13-15 years old. By his age, a guy should at the very least be coordinated. Doesn’t mean he’s got to be jumping out of the gym, but... man.

I thought Chriss managed to give Memphis the game with some really bad turnovers, but Bender and Chandler came to the rescue. That was an amazing play!

Also, it is good to see Booker back.

I didn't make the Kukoc comparison nor do I want to make that comparison.

Booker fouls out with 41.2 seconds. His elbow was high on the drive and the defender sold it.

I was watching the game off and on while putting away Christmas decorations.

I was wondering why he wasn't in at the end of the game. I thought he might have reinjured himself. Good to hear.

I thought for sure it was going to be offinsive basket interfere and OT without Booker.

I was worried about offensive basket interference as well

Listening to Booker after the game it looks like all went as planned.

Apparently the play was perfectly legal and Triano called it. I think the key, Chandler touched the ball before it went through the basket and it could be touched over the cylinder in this situation.

I'm beginning to like this Triano guy. :)

That's a part of it. It also couldn't be interference because the player throwing the ball in can't shoot it.

Really smart play design and execution
