Hope you don't have what was going around my group of friends and family. Seemed like everyone was down for 2-3 weeks. I was down from Halloween through just before Thanksgiving. The flu strain going around the Phoenix metro area this year is absolutely brutal. Even my doctor said it's one of the worst they've ever seen as far as how long it lingers. I lived on Naked Juice and chicken noodle soup for the last 2 weeks of it before I finally bounced back. I had no appetite otherwise but knew I needed vitamins and nutrients so those did the job.

Take it easy and rest as much as possible. Whenever you think it's gone, give it a day or two before returning to normal levels of activity because if its like what I had going around my circle of friends then it'll make you think you're better about the halfway point so don't believe it at first.
