Guess what I got today!!

Well the side of my 360 melted and warped. *sigh* I guess I won't be able to send it in for warranty if I ever do get the red rings. It's not too bad since the PS3 is my main system, but I wanted a working 360 to only play Gears of War.


EDIT: Does anyone know of any good tutorials on how to replace and flash the dvd drive on the 360?
