If they pop out a disk only version of GHWT - I'll probably pick it up. I'm still not buying all the new drums & guitars. RB will still be my main platform.

Unless GHWT blows my socks off, that is.

It's only compatible with Rock Band 1 from what I understand. It will not work for Rock Band 2.

Yeah, I know, but I'm not planning on upgrading to the new guitars. I've got 5 laying around now - my old lady will kill me if I buy another one (rightly so).

Now, that drum set from ION Audio, on the other hand...
