Did they assume he was too undersized to play OLB in 3/4 defense
The nfl showed already how some speedy guys even around 240 lb can be effective

If we do not have to break the bank, it would be really, really nice to have a rotation of jones, golden, reddick and gardeck at OLB next year.

I'm really pleased for Reddick. We seriously abused his career for 3 years but...

He had 5 sacks against 2 rookie tackles who have struggled.

Great game, take nothing away from him but let's not crown him and pay him 15m+

Let's see what happens in next 3 weeks. Bucs franchised Barrett after career year maybe ARZ does the same. They could draft a pass rushing DL if they retain Reddick and keep one of either Golden or Kennard and have Gardeck for a solid 2 deep at OLB.

Maybe ARZ franchises Jones next year if he has a bounce back 2021 so they can wait and see if Reddick is legit next year or if he was just a one year wonder.

Yeah, the way he was moved around is pretty dumb. Great accomplishment today. As has been said, he abused some less than stellar players. Still, you take what's given.

I'm not for overpaying him. Offer a decent contract but don't overpay.
