And here I thought the Suns would lose every game without Nash by 20 points or more, or so I was told. Or maybe it's because Nash was still on the bench. I'm sure if he was sitting in some other team's locker room and not on the sidelines cheering on his teammates, the Suns would have lost this one and and every other remaining game on their way to a top 3 pick. Or so I was told.
But the thing is, improbable games like these do happen every now and then. On the road, on the second night of back-to-back, missing two starters and team leaders, against a strong opponent, trailing most of the way, a team can find a bit of a rhythm and make plays when it matters the most. I've seen this happen to the Suns many teams, so it's a good feeling to be on the other end of that outcome for a change.
