If Grimm is offered the Jets job... I'll be very sad for us, but happy for him. Its a decent job. I'd miss him a lot.

Haley, don't take the Lions job. You deserve better. We need you here (not that we don't need Grimm), but don't leave us for that. Please.

Rex or Rob (cant remember who, the one from Bmore) Ryan is the rumored leader for the Jets job.

It wasn't like anybody was fooled. Fitz just went up and took it away from everybody like he always does.

The one thing the play did do was give him time to get down field. That seems to be the only thing preventing the Cards from throwing a half a dozen lobs to Larry a game.

In a way it really helped having Boldin out. On a lot of plays it seemed like Boldin was replaced by an extra blocker which gave Kurt more time to throw and Larry more time to get open.

It's amazing how much having play action available opens things up. Not sure if it mattered on that play, but it's been helpful.

The lack of any sort of running game was just killer for a long while there.

I agree with devilalum. What was the play? Throw up the ball and Fitz go get it. Did he draw an arrow on a napkin and the path of the ball being represented with a dotted line going towards that arrow?

Actually, Fitz had the defenders beat by a wide margin. The ball was underthrown, so Fitz had to go back and take it away.

:yeahthat:

The play actually faked out the Panthers more than the flea flicker did against the Falcons.
