A Cardinals home game has to be the only place in the NFL where you can just roam around and sit where there is an empty seat. I usually move around in the second half and sit closer to the field...unless it is a complete blowout and I leave in the 3rd or 4th quarter.
When the New Jersey nets had a home game against the Suns (about a week ago) they had virtually no attendance due to a blizzard. What did they do? At the end of the the 1st quarter they told everyone in the upper deck to move down closer (to the lower bowl)..and they did.
The Cardinals should do this for the last home game of the year..I would not set a precedent by doing it all of the time - but after this horrible season - it would be a token gesture...announce on the loudspeakers that you can move down to the lower bowl...
Although...I would assume everyone knows they can just move down...but maybe not?
