Palmer was the only QB to throw a pass for the Cards this year. I think that is an amzing stat and one I never saw coming, especially with this OL and the division we play in.

Kudos to the coaching staff for adjusting the protections, the OL, as maligned as they were, for protecting their QB, and to Palmer for showing toughness and durability throught the entire year.

Great point(s). CP is one tough SOB and has earned my respect. Because of this respect I only call him one rotten name when he throws a pick.

Yep Plummer in 2001. He played all 16 in 2002 also but McCown got a few attempts too.

I think I remember when Rosie did it, he was the only QB in the league to do it that year. Unfortunately, he got smashed the following year and never regained his confidence in the pocket.

the column was about how Palmer's has the respect of the team for stuff like that.
